What is the rental fee for The Barn at Lacey Farms and what does it include?
Our pricing is based on the package type, day of week, and month. Our Small Wedding Package starts at $4499 and our Premium Wedding Package starts at $5699. Every package includes venue rental, chairs, tables, setup, decorating, use of our decorations, Month of Coordinator, Professional DJ, complimentary snacks and drinks in bridal suite and groom quarters and cleanup. We also provide an hour for engagement photo or bridal photo session. Request our brochure here for complete details.
What is the maximum guest count for the Small Wedding Package?
75 guests is the maximum number of guests for the Small Wedding Package.
You can generally invite no more 90 guests to have 75 guests attend.
What is the maximum guest count for the Premium Wedding Package?
182 guests is the maximum number of guests for the Premium Wedding Package.
You can generally invite no more 218 guests to have 182 guests attend.
Are there off-peak or weekday discounts?
Yes. Our off-season pricing is January-February and July-August.
Our weekday discounts are Monday - Thursday for our Small Wedding Package
Friday and Sunday are discounted for our Premium Wedding Package
What is the payment schedule?
$1000 down or $700 down if you book within 4 days of the tour and equal monthly payments on the balance with the last payment being 30 days before the wedding. Pay in full receives a 5% discount.
What is the maximum guest count?
182 guests including the wedding party in the reception barn and 182 guests for outdoor ceremony
How many weddings do you host per day?
We only host one wedding per day
What is the start time and end time for weddings?
Our Small Wedding Package start time is Noon and end time is 10:30 pm
Our Premium Wedding Package start time is 10 am and end time is Midnight
Do you provide a wedding coordinator?
Yes, we include a Month of Coordinator in all of our packages and starts working with you about 45 days before your wedding.
Can Layout be customized?
Yes, our coordinator will help you design a floorplan based on your final headcount.
How early can vendors arrive for setup?
Our coordinator will prepare your timeline for your entire day that she will provide to each vendor that details their arrival and setup time as well as a floorplan detailing their setup location.
Do you include a DJ?
Yes, we include a Professional DJ, Professional Sound System and Dance Lighting in all our packages.
Do you have a bartending service?
We do have an exclusive bartending service that has multiple bar packages to choose from (host bar, cash bar or byob bar) and provides the permitting for your event and liquor liability insurance.
Do you have Preferred Vendors?
Yes, we have a great group of Preferred Vendors with affordable options including catering, photographers, hair and makeup, cake, dessert bar and florist. However, we do allow outside vendors except for Bartending, DJ and Wedding Coordinator. You may see our vendor list HERE
Outside vendors must be pre-approved before hiring.
Do you provide decorations?
Yes, our extensive inventory of decorations are included in every package. Click Here to see our decorations
Do you provide setup for ceremony and reception?
Yes, we do all setup of ceremony and reception as well as decorating and end of night cleanup.
Is reception barn climate controlled?
Yes, our reception barn has both AC and Heat.

How do I reserve a date?
Complete contract and down payment.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
We are not always On-Site and we do not do tours on wedding or event days. Please schedule a tour.

Are there overnight accomodations nearby?
Yes, there are many hotels 12 minutes away and many AirBNBs within minutes.

What is the parking lot capacity?
120 cars
What tables do you offer?
We have 29 ~ 48" round tables and 14 ~ 6 ft rectangular tables
Do you provide table linens, cups, place settings, etc..?
We do not include linens but can be rented from our coordinator at her cost, about $11 to $12 for a polyester linen.
We do not provide cups, place settings, crystal, china, etc... However, some Preferred Caterers as well as our coordinator rent place settings, crystal and china,
Do you have an Indoor Option in case of bad weather?
Yes, Click Here for Indoor Wedding Option. Decision to move inside will be made 2 hours before the ceremony time. No additional fees to move wedding indoor.
Do you require security officers?
Yes, two security officers are required from the time the bar opens until the end of the night. Our coordinator will arrange the security for you.
Do children count as guests?
If the child requires a chair, they count a guests.
Does the wedding party count as guests?
Yes
Is wedding liabilty insurance required?
Yes, wedding liability insurance is required in lieu of a damage deposit.
Do vendors need liability insurance?
All of our Preferred Vendors have been vetted and we have their Certificate of Insurance. All outside vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance.
Are we required to purchase wedding cancellation insurance?
No, it is optional. Although we believe it is a great idea so that you could be paid back fees in the event of cancellation for weather conditions, accidents that were to cause cancellation, military deployment and more.
